This policy describes how TechDroid (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit www.techdroid.pk or contact us. It applies to this marketing website. The ERP/POS application (onboarding, billing, in-app data) is provided from a separate host and is covered by the terms shown during sign-up.
For visitors of www.techdroid.pk, Tech Droid Pvt Ltd is the controller of personal data collected on this website. Contact: info@techdroid.pk.
Contact form: name, email address and the message you type. We use this only to reply to your enquiry.
Language preference: stored in your browser (localStorage key techdroid-lang) so the site can remember English, French, Dutch, German or Arabic. This does not identify you on our servers.
Technical logs: our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) may record standard request metadata such as IP address, user agent, date and URL for security and reliability.
Onboarding: if you start a free trial, the form is hosted on our ERP subdomain. Account data you submit there is processed to create and run your trial, under the notices shown on that form.
This marketing site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits (pages viewed, device, browser, and approximate location). Google may set first-party cookies and process your IP address. We do not use this for advertising and we do not sell personal data. You can block analytics in your browser or with a tracking-protection extension.
We also load web fonts from Google Fonts; Google may process your IP address as a result.
Contact-form messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then deleted or archived with restricted access. Hosting logs follow the provider’s retention. Trial accounts follow the ERP product’s retention rules.
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and (where GDPR applies, including visitors in the EEA/UK) you may object, restrict processing, or request portability. Email info@techdroid.pk. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
We may update this policy. The page title and the date of the last site deploy are the public record of the current version. Material changes will be reflected here.
